Dear crowned heads, including
republican ones, remember that history teaches you that, although
you strive to become powerful and famous and go down in history,
sooner or later someone will build a monument to you, and for
eternity generations of pigeons, seagulls, crows and all the other
members of the bird class will not want to deprive themselves
of the pleasure of SHITTING
ON YOUR HEAD.
